Limited-edition Fall Fig tea towel with plum figs and olive leaves on cream ground. Soft 100% cotton, designed by hand in Portland, Oregon.

It started with a bowl of figs from my neighbors tree, dusky purple and far too pretty to just eat. So I played with some watercolor to get the feel of the color and shape, and not just the fruit but the leaves as well.

Those little studies became Fall Figs: plump plum-colored figs, a few cut open to show their jammy red centers, with some curling, twisted fig leaves in olive, sage, mustard and deep chocolate brown on a soft cream background. It’s a limited-edition fall design, so once this run is gone, it’s gone.

Printed on soft, absorbent 100% flour sack cotton that gets better with every wash. Generous enough for drying dishes, covering rising dough, or wrapping a loaf of fig bread for a friend. Sewn in the USA and designed by hand in Portland, Oregon.

A lovely fall hostess gift for foodies, bakers, and anyone who’s lucky enough to have a neighbor with fig tree or even one of their own!
